This project, located on Rua do Bonjardim in the municipality of Porto, aimed to reconstruct, expand, and modify an existing building consisting of four floors above the ground level.

The property was organized into six units, distributed as follows: two units on the ground floor and first floor, while the second and third floors each contain one unit, ensuring a functional and efficient use of space.

The intervention resulted in a total construction area of 541m², of which 403m² correspond to the reconstruction of the building and 133m² to the expansion, consolidating a project that combines modernity with respect for the original architectural features.
