At the junction of Rua da Póvoa and Travessa da Póvoa, in the municipality of Porto, a block will be built with 6 flats ranging from studio to two-bedroom units.

This project of demolition and construction of a new building will have a gross construction area of 495m², on the four floors above the threshold. All the floors will be used for owner-occupied housing.

On the first floor, there will be a one-bedroom flat. On the second floor, there will be another one-bedroom flat and a studio flat with access to the first floor to access the annexes.

On the third floor, there will only be one two-bedroom apartment, and on the fourth floor, there will be two one-bedroom apartments with access to the roof space.
